When did you first qualify as a Dental Nurse? 2010.
What was your favorite part of Dental Nursing? I am not nursing now but I liked interacting with people.
When did you first start thinking of studying to become a Oral Health Educator? Once I qualified as a Dental Nurse.
Where did you study? Tempdent
What was the process of enrolment? Telephone conversation, payment of deposit and was able to start one month later.
What do you love about being a Oral Health Educator? That you a competent to give advice on Oral Health and brushing teeth.
What advice would you give other nurses who want to study OHE? Good advice to double check with your dentist if he/she will be happy for you to provide advice for the patients. It does require a lot of time for case study writing and for studying. Make sure you a ready before you start.
